Approach
Evaluative where it helps. Facilitative where it works.
A career inside the courtroom means a candid view of what proof, what risk, and what a jury or judge will likely do with a case. That candor — used carefully, in caucus — is what moves parties off entrenched positions.
- Pre-mediation calls with counsel to identify true obstacles
- Structured opening followed by focused caucus work
- Reality testing grounded in 46 years of trial outcomes
- Drafting assistance for term sheets at session close
- Follow-through after the session to close the deal
